Mr. Chong is a Workplace Safety and Health Practitioner with more than 30 years’ experience in the practice and management of safety, health, and environment in construction. He was with HDB, PSA and various engineering and consultation company handling Environmental, health and Safety. A registered WSHO himself and is ACTA Certified. Environment Control Officer, He has a Graduate Certificate in WSH and a Certified Internal WSH Auditor.
Having worked with various organizations and with more than 10 years of managing Safety related training. All these exposures had helped Steve gain a broad range of experience

Sushil Kanti Biswas
Trainer

Mr. Sushil Kanti Biswas is a Workplace Safety and Health Practitioner with more than 10 years’ experience in the practice and management of safety, health, Fire safety and environment in construction. He is DACE and ACTA Certified. Sushil is a Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer, Environment Control Officer, Fire Safety Manager and Confined Space Coordinator, Suspending Scaffolding Supervisor and First Aider. He has a Graduate Certificate in WSH and Certified Internal WSH Auditor. He is a WSH and SCDF course Developer and Principal Trainer.

As a MOM and SCDF approved trainer, Sushil Kanti Biswas has conducted numerous training classes for bizSafe level 1, 2 and 4 training, Manage Work at Height, Supervise Workplace Safety and health for Formwork Construction, Perform Formwork Activities, Supervise Metal Scaffold Erection, Perform Metal Scaffold Erection, Workplace Safety and health Management in Construction in Industry training ,Construction Safety Orientation Course and AWSHCS (Construction Site and Metalworking) for workers; designing and conducting customised WSH training for in-house courses targeted at workers, supervisory and management level.

Wayne, Kong Kwok Leong

Kong Kwok Leong (Wayne) is a Workplace Safety and Health Practitioner with more than 6 years’ experience in practicing and managing safety, health and environment in the construction industries. He is an MOM approved Workplace Safety and Health Officer which specialised in the Construction industries, initially when he first step into the construction industries. When he joins Fonda, he begins as a site supervisor and further progress to safety coordinator and was also involved in the risk management team, performing inspection for various HDB/ Commercial and industrial Project.

As a Safety Trainer, Kong Kwok Leong (Wayne) has conducted training classes for Workplace Safety and health Management in Construction in Industry training, Safety Committee Training. Mr. Ramesh is a 5 Years of Work Experience in Kenston construction pte ltd. Associate Trainer in Various Training organization with experience of over 04 years in safety courses. He is an MOM approved Workplace Safety and Health Officer.

Support in the implementation, maintenance and enhancement of HSE procedures to meet relevant guidelines. Actively inculcate safety culture among the staff. Conduct and coordinate WSH Training. Conduct daily inspection on PTW activities. Assist in incident investigation of all reported incidents and follow-up on effective corrective and preventative actions. Carry out periodic inspection and request for necessary maintenance of firefighting and safety equipment. Collate necessary HSE performance data, reports and statistic for analysis.

Mr. Bakar has over 18 years of experience as Safety, Health and Environment Professional in various industries like Manufacturing industry and high-rise building & Civil engineering construction.

He is great in imparting the safety knowledge to all the trainee and able to relate to them well.

Terrence Ng Aik Tat

Mr. Terence is a Workplace Safety and Health Practitioner with more than 17 years’ experience in the practice and management of safety, health, Fire safety and environment in construction. He has the DACE and ACTA Certified. He is an MOM, NEA and SCDF approved Workplace Safety and Health Officer, Environment Control Officer, Fire Safety Manager and Confined Space Coordinator, Suspending Scaffolding Supervisor and First Aider. He has a Graduate Certificate in WSH and Certified Internal WSH Auditor. He is a WSH and SCDF course Developer and Principal Trainer.

His experience as a Training & Development Manager and Safety Manager have also improved his skills in tasking and communications.

Md Rafiqul Islam

Mr. Md Rafiqul Islam is a Workplace Safety and Health Practitioner with more than 15 years’ experience in the practice and management of safety, health, Associate Trainer in Various Training organization in safety courses. He is an MOM approved Workplace Safety and Health Officer.

Gopinath s/o Madiaalakan
Trainer

Mr. Gopinath s/o Madiaalakan started his career as a safety personnel since 2010 in the construction industry. Working with a minor construction companies to further improve and more with all grade contractors upgrading himself with safety courses and qualifications to further progress in the industry.

He is an MOM Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer since 2014, senior Fire Safety Manager. He does almost a lot of training related to the industries with all the relevant experience collected trainee enjoy his lesson, with up-to-date trends and practices in the industry.
